philippians chapter one verse six

Today’s verse of the day:

Philippians 1:6 (New International Version)
being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

or,

Philippians 1:6 (The Message)
There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears.

Well it seems I’m not too stressed out or anything now, and there’s no crisis or I don’t feel troubled or anything. But I hope this verse would serve as a reminder whenever anyone’s feeling really tired, that if God had put you to a good work He’d carry it on to completion. Not sure if that’s the context of the verse but anyhow it’s encouraging I guess. :)
