can you hear the train coming

Hello! It’s before 12 and I’m home, I don’t have a life it feels good to be home this early. Feels odd though. Heck, it feels odd if I’m home before 6 =.=

Hmm so school ended at 930 today. Went to school, rained, no assembly, played quite a bit, went to the auditorium for Principal’s message, had “Special CT Session” and we were dismissed.

Missed two 154s; saw one leave when I was on the bridge and saw one come and go when I was still on the bridge. I don’t walk slowly. Another came soon after though, and it was rather empty. Read/got distracted by TVMobile. Walked home, it’s one of the first few times in the year that my umbrella’s actually useful. Usually it’s either no umbrella or no rain. Obviously there can be no umbrella AND no rain; that’s usually the case. But yeah today before half of my walk home it started raining already so I guess I was afraid of the attention if I were to walk in the not-too-light rain for the rest of the journey. Oh the umbrella wasn’t of much help anyway, I’m too fat the umbrella’s too small/the rain was too heavy. Haha whatever. Put Orient Express on loop as I walked back. The sound effects are awesomely cool. :D

Right, two days ago I got my old phone out after the day at school which was whiled away by playing handphone games. And yeah memory was full/had to delete old messages. There were 2000+ in the inbox and another 2000+ in the sent messages folder. Read through/scanned to select which to delete, and read pre-Limelight ticketing matters messages, pre-Limelight enthusiasm and excitement messages, post-Limelight thank-you-for-coming messages, post-Limelight it-was-a-great-concert messages. Aah I want Limelight again, I want Sec 4 all over again. Sec 4 was a good year I think.

And with Band people going to Thailand and all the talk and discussions about it, I’m also reminded of Japan. Pre-Japan excitement, making of tour booklets, rooming stuff, attendance lists, groupings list, things-to-do/bring lists. Japan fun and gaiety and merry times (haha so gay). Post-Japan gloom lol. But yeah shortly after was Limelight so everything went well anyway, it was hectic but it was fun.

Okay I’m pretty certain I’ve blogged about nyband stuff a lot, but mostly they were posted in the earlier part of the year. The rest of the year was passed without me brooding too much over the fact that I miss nycb, and I grew to enjoy hcband pracs,

I think I’ll never regret joining Band in primary school. Although essentially in primary school I joined because my brother was in it, and I didn’t do much, except play the vibraphones and whatever (yes I was in Percussion, but trust me, I didn’t LEARN much. We mostly learned by ourselves, I remember Grace was in too and Sharyn joined after that I think? I forgot. And we used to play Under the Sea. That’s about the only thing I can remember. And the band got disbanded shortly after =.=), I guess it got me wanting to join Band in Sec 1. I wonder what I’d be doing now if I didn’t join band in Sec 1, if I didn’t appeal to get Out of Strings (I think Mr Lim allocated it wrongly?), if I didn’t get transferred to Horns in Sec 2. Maybe I’d be in Strings, and that’d be cool. But other than that Band is probably one of the best things that’s happened in my life, so far.

Okay enough of all that.

1148 – 1300; slack/decide if I should draw on my laptop case (I’ve been contemplating since yesterday)
1300 – 1400; edit OP script
1400 – 1430; cut/paste script onto cards, practise a bit?
1430 – 1510; pianooo.
1510 – 0000; Sims!

Haha. Perhaps for the first time I’ll be ahead of schedule and start Sims in half an hour or something.
